WPC foam sheet is also called wood composite plastic sheet. It is very similar to PVC foam sheet. The difference between them is that WPC foam sheet contains about 5% wood powder, and PVC foam sheet is Pure plastic. So usually wood plastic foam board is more like the color of wood, as shown in the picture below.
Wood-plastic foam board is lightweight, waterproof, mildew-proof and moth-proof.

With excellent waterproof properties, wood plastic foam boards are widely used in furniture, especially bathroom and kitchen furniture, and outdoor furniture. Such as cupboards, cupboards, barbecue sets, balcony washrooms, tables and chairs, electrical boxes, etc.
Traditional flooring materials are plywood with a middle layer of MDF laminated with vinyl, bubbly and solid wood. But the problem with plywood or MDF is that it is not waterproof and has termite problems. After a few years of use, wooden floors will warp due to moisture absorption and be eaten by termites. However, wood-plastic foam board is a good alternative material that can meet the requirements because the water absorption rate of wood-plastic foam board is less than 1%.
Commonly used thicknesses used as the middle layer of flooring: 5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm, with a density of at least 0.85 (higher density can greatly solve the strength problem).
Here is an example (see picture above): 5mm WPC in the middle, total thickness 7mm.
WPC foam board is easy to cut, saw, and nail using traditional machines and tools used for plywood.
