The thickness of the substrate is between 0.3-0.5mm, and the thickness of the substrate of generally well-known brands is around 0.5mm.
First Grade
Aluminum-magnesium alloy also contains some manganese. The biggest advantage of this material is its good anti-oxidation performance. At the same time, due to the manganese content, it has a certain strength and rigidity. It is the most ideal material for ceilings, and its performance is the most stable in aluminum processing in the Southwest Aluminum Plant in China.
Second Grade
Aluminum-manganese alloy, the strength and rigidity of this material are slightly better than aluminum-magnesium alloy. But the anti-oxidation performance is slightly lower than that of aluminum-magnesium alloy. If double-sided protection is adopted, the disadvantage of its anti-oxidation performance is basically solved. The aluminum processing performance of Xilu and Ruimin Aluminum in China is the most stable.
Grade 3
Aluminum alloy has less manganese and magnesium content, so its strength and rigidity are significantly lower than aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy. Because it is soft and easy to process, as long as it reaches a certain thickness, it can basically meet the most basic flatness requirements of the ceiling. However, its anti-oxidation performance is significantly inferior to that of aluminum-magnesium alloy and aluminum-manganese alloy, and it is easy to deform during processing, transportation and installation.
Fourth Grade
Ordinary aluminum alloy, the mechanical properties of this material are unstable.
Fifth Grade
Recycled aluminum alloy, the raw material of this type of plate is aluminum ingots melted into aluminum plates by aluminum processing plants, and the chemical composition is not controlled at all. Due to the uncontrolled chemical composition, the properties of this type of material are extremely unstable, resulting in serious unevenness on the product surface, deformation of the product, and easy oxidation.
In the application of new materials, electro-galvanized sheet is also used as the base material of the film-coated sheet.
